"As property owners we were moving out of state and knew we would not be able to manage renting out our Home. Steve came to meet with us at the house for a walk through, then took care of EVERYTHING! He found good renters, took care of any repairs, and deposited our rent money as promised. His fees are very reasonable, especially when it meant I didn't have to worry about a thing. He always got right back to me when we had a question. I would not hesitate using his services again. Thanks Steve!"
